My spouse and I were looking to buy our first home in this fast- paced, multiple bid market.  We were very cautious and were not exactly sure what we were looking for.  Todd took a lot of his valuable time showing us numerous places, never making us feel like we were imposing on him.  He was always watching the market and would always call and accommodate our schedule and make sure that we got the first chance to get in and see new listings.  He was very patient with us even though we stopped looking all together at one point because we were just overwhelmed.  He kept in contact with us and when we saw something we thought might be good, we started the whole process again.  He was very professional and he never made us feel pressured, as other real estate agents had, and was very informative on many things.  Todd also helped us obtain our mortgage and he even offered renovation advice!  Todd is a man who cares about his community, his clients and he makes sure you get exactly what you want, even when you aren’t sure what that is!  Dave and I would like to say thank you to Todd and we highly recommend him to everyone we know and we will be sure to use him again in the future.
