We just wanted to thank you for our recent and very difficult home purchase. As in our previous purchase of a home through you, you once again delivered for us at the best possible price in selling our home and in buying a new home, not to mention all the “difficulties” that were presented to us with our recent purchase in both selling and buying and my wife’s pregnancy at the same time. You never seemed to lose your composure or patience with us. You always found time for us, day or night, weekdays or weekends to assist us in viewing prospective properties, you worked on my schedule and you never rushed us through any viewing.
You always seemed to find a solution no matter what type of problem cropped up and you were always positive of the projected end result and at the end of the day, no matter how worried we were about any issues, you calmed us down with your answers and you always found ways to turn the bad into good!
What most impressed us to this day is that “one property” where you represented both the seller and us (the potential buyers) and we spent more than 2 hours looking it over and NEVER once did you once push us into “putting in an offer”. You let us decide our course of action, we had questions for you and you answered them directly, but again, you never pushed us into buying something that we were not sure of! You were more concerned if the potential property met our needs as opposed to making the sale. This above all, impressed us the most!
We have informed friends and co-workers or your quality of work, unbiased opinions, your desire to MEET our needs and that you MUST be the most “patient” man on Earth!
Even after all the paperwork was done and we took possession of the new house, you kept in touch with us, you brought us a “welcome gift” for the new home and you still wanted to make sure that things were going well.
Should we ever decide to seek a new house, there is only one person that will fit our needs Todd, we could never consider any other realtor, but most of all, both Liana and myself have gained a “new friend” in the process and that speaks volumes for your character!
