I first met Todd through friends who were selling their condo and quickly decided that I wanted him to represent me in the purchase of my first place.  After a somewhat unproductive search in my preferred areas, Todd suggested Port Coquitlam.  I thought he was absolutely nuts.  As it turns out, I couldn’t be happier. My new place is close to an extensive trail network and I can take off for hours on my bike or roller blades without even crossing a street.  The downtown area is close and comfortable with a small town feel, something I was looking for after many years in a bigger city.

Throughout my experience, Todd was eager, professional and organized.  He answered questions I didn’t even know I had. He offered advice on every part of the process, from the mortgage to the notary.  Even months after I’ve moved, Todd still follows up.  I would not hesitate to recommend Todd to my friends and family.
