I met Todd Conner quite by accident when I was researching new homes that were for sale in New Westminster.  He had a listing and I called to see if I could view the suite.  Todd was very personable at our first meeting and I felt very at ease with him.  I wasn’t seriously looking at the time but Todd kept finding properties for me to view and kept in contact throughout a three month period. I finally found a property and called Todd that day.  He made himself available to answer questions and helped with the very stressful bidding process.  Todd was at all times a professional and worked in  conjunction with myself and the seller’s agent to get the deal done.  I really appreciated his knowledge and his efforts to help me purchase my new place and then sell my old property.  During the marketing of my old home I was able to take advantage of some extra services Todd offered.  He had a home stager visit my home to help prepare it for showings & he hosted a Realtors’ Lunch open house to expose it to a number of agents on the first day on the market. We ended up selling my home in multiple offers, for over asking price in 8 days. I would recommend him if you’re thinking or buying or selling.
