Once we found places we were interested in, he organized timely and efficient viewing schedules on weekends to fit our schedule in a logical way that didn’t take us back and forth across the city.

He shares his thoughts on potential problems with properties and highlights exceptional and more unique property features during viewings. During viewings and contract negotiations he found answers to all our questions about interesting properties.

For the property we ultimately purchased, Todd worked to get us the best price while making sure our offer was accepted without a bidding war. He organized an appointment with a great home inspector that really explained the positive, potential pitfalls, and mechanical workings of the property we were purchasing.
