When we were looking at selling our condo, I was very apprehensive as I had heard horror stories from others who had worked with realtors and had bad experiences. I got Todd’s name from a friend and from the first contact he was fantastic. He was excellent at communicating with us, he was honest and never pushy. Todd gave us some great advice; he brought in a professional stager and we had our place looking great and ready to sell very quickly. We had a very tight timeline to work with, as we had already made an offer on another home and Todd worked with us to ensure we were able to get our place sold within our timeline.
