Gary and I would like to sincerely thank you for looking after the sale of Hilda’s condo.  As I told you at our first meeting, my past experiences had been nothing short of disastrous, so I went into this very hesitantly. From the beginning you made the entire process completely painless and you dealt with every hiccup with a calm assurance and complete professionalism. I did not hesitate to recommend you to Don and Janice Riches, who were extremely pleased with your work, and I will most certainly not hesitate to recommend you highly to friends and family in the future. Thank you Todd for making this a most pleasant experience!

Kindest regards.
